3 presentations within 1 - 2 of them not working?

I made this menu board presentations, well it is actually 3 separate presentations (3 different layouts) intended to work as one. They all work fine and preview fine separately. Last night I tried putting all 3 of them together within one presentation side by side and see how they all look when together. Problem is that I can see only one of them. It does not matter where it is or how many instances of that same presentation I have. It shows all the time at placeholders 1,2,3 and even at all 3 placeholders at the same time. But bot the other two; I get empty placeholder with them.

Clue: I used that first presentation (the one that is showing) to create the other two by copying it. Not sure what I need to be looking at in order to fix this. Any ideas?

Darius,

That's a tricky one! Would you mind sharing a preview of the presentation so I can take a closer look?

More hint.
This is another presentation that does not want to work within the same presentation with other ones: http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=6a28e6de-085a-44e0-996e-ae75de455...
but it is working fine alone.

What these presentations have in common is Spreadsheet Widget. Now, it is still a mystery to me why Presentation A is playing just fine here http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=5fab5361-b9ab-4e40-9ab3-866eef3d8..., although it has the widget in it too.

Darius,

Can I ask which player you're using for this? I took the CAFFEE ALL presentation and put it on a local player and all three appeared normally for me.

Blake, I have not tested them this way. I was trying to make a 'preview' presentation. I thought they may be OK when pulled to the player, but at this point I was hoping to have working preview of all three together. It is good to know they play fine from a device, though.

Darius,

Hmmmm interesting. I missed the part about you not being to preview them. I can preview CAFFEE ALL just fine as well. Could be a problem with your browser?

This is interesting. First, I tried this at home in the morning and I had problems as I described. I also got exactly the same problems here at work, so naturally I though there was something wrong with my presentations. I am using Chrome browser at work on Windows 7 PC and at home I was using Opera browser on Windows 10 PC. What is on your end, Blake?

I'm on OS X running Chrome 45. Here's a screenshot of the preview I'm seeing - http://www.screencast.com/t/xrlbXeRz

no it is not right! It is only presentation A. As I said, presentations B&C are not showing. I should have said that the entire presentation is 1080×(1920x3) in size. You pretty much have to zoome out your browser. Sorry for not being more specific on that.

In my 2nd post I put 3 links to 3 separate presentations @ 1080×1920 and 2 presentations @ 1080x(1920x3), but you need to zoom out to see them. One of those has A,B & C presentations, but only A can be seen; other two placeholders are just empty. The second composite presentation has all 3 placeholders playing presentation A and it shows just fine. Question is why other two presentations A&B cannot be played together with A or with any other presentation? At this point I suspect that Spreadsheet Widget is messing up things because my unrelated another presentation ,that also has Spreadsheet Widget in it, does not want to play with other presentations. too.

Here is another combination within 1 presenatation (1080X5760): http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer....

Again, presentation A is fine, and the other two HAVE NO Spreadsheet Widget. But if I replaced one of these with a presentation having that darn widget, it would not show. Yet again, why A is fine... it had spreadsheet widget in it; and it was used to create B&C presentation by copying it.

Darius,

I see what you're getting at now. I'll do some testing with this in the morning and let you know what I find.

Darius, Blake - I think this might be an issue with embedded presentations at that size. If I add A,B,C to a single presentation using "Content by URL" I see all the content as expected so I don't think it is caused by the Spreadsheet Widget. To be honest, it's beyond me and would need to be looked at by one of our dev's to confirm what is going on here. Here is the Preview URL, http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=5edfcfc8-3b87-4266-834a-ebe262f96...

Thank you Alan, that is totally acceptable solution to me for what I need it. But what I am trying to do here is to make a template and I wanted it to be as simplistic technically as possible - no custom HTML, no multiple layers of placeholders, no address line tweaking to remove RV banner etc.; only store widgets and inserted images. So, as it is now, in the situation with multiple displays connected to the same device I do not have an elegant way for implementation. I hope you understand. At this point I will use your method, but would love to see this one figured out.

Darius,

Glad that Alan was able to find a workaround for you. I've logged a bug for our developers here.
