1.3 gb MP4 video not running

Im trying to run an mp4 1.3 gb video in my 3 monitors but the screen is all white (at least the one that we have in the office where I am right now). this video is the only item in my schedule. could it be the size of it?

Actually, no videos are running now. I tried a different file and it worked, then a presentation with an image and it worked so the problem here is that no videos can be displayed in monitors (only when previewing them)

Hi Jorge,
What's the name of the presentation containing the Video and we can take a look.
I've also noticed that the Displays in your account is using the Rise Chrome App Player. We recommend switching to the Rise Windows Player (you can find the installer at https://help.risevision.com/user/crea...) if your Displays are on Windows. I would recommend doing the switch as the first step. The next item is to confirm that you are using the Video Widget rather than the Video Item.

As for the video size, I have not come across many samples of videos that are that size. It's usually sectioned into smaller videos.. In that case I would also suggest editing it down into smaller videos.

Hi Jorge,
I added a test Display and able able to view the Widget. It looks like the issue may be due to the Distribution property in the Placeholder:


Could you confirm that the placeholder is being distributed to the correct Display? I saw the same issue my end, until I changed it and added my own Display in the distribution list.

I double checked the distribution, made a couple of change but im still not seeing anything but a white screen in the El Paso display.

Thanks, I saw that the Presentation has both the Video Widget and the Video Item. I would recommend taking away the older Video Item, and relinking the video to the Video Widget. I've rolled this out on your presentation to test. Can you test on your Display?

Great! If you see this issue again, make sure to go to the Presentation/s and check they are on the newer Widgets rather than the Items.
