"apply to all displays" not working

When working in one of any of our companies or subs, apply to all displays appears to no longer have any effect on any displays in the list. Not a huge issue, but I was wondering if I missed an announcement or something?

I just confirmed that the Apply To ALL Displays link does work, however it only applies in the following conditions;

You must hit save at the top of the screen after changing the setting.
It only applies the setting to media players running the same OS.

I will send a note to our developers that the verbiage of this link should be changed.
