Youtube Gadget shows the first video for 10 seconds if it is the first item in the Playlist
We looked in on one of our customers today and noticed a Risevision instructional video playing. We opened up the presentation and the youtube file id is the correct ID.

When you preview the Presentation, does it also show the same video?
Can you email support@risevision.com with the Presentation so we can look at it first hand? Just provide the URL in the address bar when you are in the edit Presentation page.

yes it plays the same video for the 1st 5 or so seconds.

When I looked at the Presentation, it did have the default Rise Vision video listed in the Video ID field. I would say somebody changed it previously, or added the YouTube Gadget to replace an existing one without updating the video.
I did however find that if the YouTube Gadget is the first item in a Playlist and is marked PUD, then it doesn't play through completely the first time around. It does however play properly next time around. I have recorded this as a bug and it can be tracked http://code.google.com/p/risegadgets/....
