Need help with a white screen issue!!!
Environment:
7 Plays driving 30 displays
5 plays working fine
2 plays driving 4 displays each showing white screen
Firewall is off on all players
Windows 7 Pro on a Domain
Presentation materials hosted on server on LAN
Presentations are viewable on all other players
Things tried so far:
I have cleared the cache and restarted with no result
I have uninstalled the player and restarted, reinstalled with no result
Known variables:
The only difference in these two players is that they use an HDMI 4-way splitter/amp where as the other players use DVI splitters/amps
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!

Is this a new installation, or have these Displays been showing content for a while and just recently went to a white screen?
These Players have both an HDMI out as well as an DVI out? What if you swapped one these Players to use the DVI splitter instead of HDMI?
Just so it is clear, all 7 of these Players are running the same Presentation? Could the Placeholders/Gadgets within it have Distribution set so that it is only going to 5 Players instead of All?Comment -

Just checked with the user in charge of the presentation and he had set the gadget in the presentation to a limited scope of displays. -
