Rise Vision saved our company!

Before using Rise Vision we tried a digital signage service called UCView. On our launch date the UCView server went down and nobody was around to help. We had to explain to our clients that everything would be back online shortly (we hoped!). The next problem came when we couldn't change any content because the service kept crashing... After submitting several support tickets we found out they had moved our account to another portal and failed to tell us. The final straw came when the remote monitoring feature went crazy and we were receiving random resolution errors. The remote monitoring system had showed 2 offline with 2 online, during a time when I knew all displays were offline. My confidence was decreasing and so we sent a driver around to all our displays to feed back the actual status of them. We were headed for failure....

Then we found Rise Vision!

The first thing I noticed was how easy it is to set up a layout and presentation. I think it's fantastic that you can preview the entire presentation before publishing it. Believe it or not, other digital signage software only allows you to preview parts of the presentation and not all at once while designing.

The preview link for the presentations is really great! Before we would show clients still images rendered in photo shop of what the display would look like. Now we send them a link and this provides a “wow” factor and makes us look very professional.

I would also like to say how impressed we are with the support. We have never seen support this good. I had a question a little while ago for Rise Vision and had a response 2 minutes later! After speaking with a few of the Rise Vision employees I can tell they really care and know there stuff.

Another thing Rise Vision provides users with is freedom. The freedom to develop your own gadgets is amazing! Previous digital signage services we used would not allow this at all. You were limited to what was available from there online store of apps. Using Rise Vision and having this freedom means our company is only limited by the imagination of our developers which will allow our company to grow into the future.

Really, I feel there are too many good things about Rise Vision to list here....
