presentation not showing on display
I have uninstalled, re-downloaded, and re-installed the player but when it runs only a gray screen is presented. The presentation displays correctly in preview mode. How should I proceed?

Was it showing a Presentation previously? If yes, was there a recent change made in the Presentation/Schedule?
If there haven't been any recent changes, could you email support@risevision.com with a link to the Presentation so we can look at it?
