php file output as text source for playlist text item?

Is there a way to use php scripts, like http://php.about.com/od/learnphp/qt/h..., plain text output within playlist Text item?

For example: http://domain/some.php?something=some... file outputs '7' and i want to risevision playlist text item to be: "You are 7th on the list" or something like that i you understand me.
