Has the Text Scroller been unshared?

Hi,

I know I'm going crazy but has the Text Scroller gadget been removed from the list of gadgets? I know I've used this gadget before, but am not finding it in the available gadgets. Am I blind?

Also, is there anyway to modify the speed of the text that scrolls across the screen, mainly, we want to slow it down a little?
