happy I’m extremely proud to be a Rise Network Operator!

Feeling The Love..and not just due to the little green heart!

You can feel the love around here...and not just because there's a little green heart icon on the "Give Praise" tab of this forum! I've never seen a Support Forum so full of quick responses, answered questions, help and positive feedback. Most support forums are full of frustrated users with unanswered question, issues, and ideas....but not here.

This is the Rise Support Forum, where your questions are answered quickly, usually within minutes. And, if your issue doesn't get solved with the first answer, Robb, Neal and the staff will continue working with you. Then, if there is an issue with the platform, is logged, and heck, they even give you a link to their internal tracking site to follow up on the progress and resolution. Where else does this even happen?? Really.

And by the way, this place doubles as a creative think-tank. One where users and Rise engineers brainstorm together, vote things up, and quickly implement exciting new ideas that benefit the Network Operators, the End-Users, and Rise. Truly a win/win/win!

I recently had an issue that I couldn't get past, and Robb stayed devoted to helping things get resolved, even though he had to invest some additional testing time to make that happen.

I know I've said it before, but if your looking for the most advanced digital signage platform with the most responsive and comprehensive support on the planet, you've found it. Oh yeah...and it's open source, user-idea driven, and user-friendly.

As a Digital Signage VAR, deciding on your platform is a huge, huge thing. Your company depends on your platform, and the people who run that platform.

I'm really, really....really glad I'm here. Thanks guys - keep up the great work!

    happy I’m celebrating
Jeff, you made my day. Week actually. Could be the month. It is very easy to keep pushing and not take the time to celebrate what has been accomplished and it is these posts that are a reminder to stop and celebrate every now and then. Thank you!

There are still many, many users out there that don't use the forum and I was wondering if I could quote you in a blog post to try and convince them that this place isn't so bad. Would that be okay with you?

And once again, thanks for the praise!

happy I’m celebrating with Byron! Welcome to our party!
Thanks Byron- the praise for the efforts of you and your team is well-deserved.

I realize that you, being a new trail-blazer, took (and are still taking) some major risks by doing some of the things you are doing and setting up an entirely new business model in the industry. That being said, the longer I'm around in this industry, the more I see how your model is destined for success. The whole thing is centered around the Network Operator and End Users...along with your very talented technical staff. Not only are they good from a tech perspective, they also 'get it' when it comes to the big picture. How you found technical people that are so flexible is like,...the 8th wonder of the world or something! lol

If / when you are able to slow down for a minute, I hope that you consider writing a book about how you developed your vision for this new business model, how you assembled your world-class team, how you initially and continually cast and share your vision to them (which I presume is done using mostly web-based communication), and how you utilize great collaborative tools like the Google code project site you guys all work from.

Oh yeah...and how you are going to give Robb a huge pay increase! ;p

Regarding quoting me in a blog post, I would be honored, and am always willing to do whatever I can to help!

  • Well...usually I write emails/posts that are wayyy too long. But hey, at least I'm self-aware, right. lol! I'll keep this one short though.

happy I’m also a proud network operator!
Very well put Jeff. You're absolutely right about everything. I am also very proud to be a network operator of Rise Vision. Rise is a company with long term vision and a staff that is more responsive than any other I've seen. A product that is built with more features, ease of use, power, and flexibility to match almost any application. And tools such as this forum where other network operators don't act like enemies. We collaborate for the betterment of our business...and the industry as a whole. It's collaboration that is going to push digital signage over the edge, not separation. I personally have had a some great conversations with other network operators, and have shared some great information on overcoming our daily challenges. To me, that's amazing.

So thanks Jeff, for taking the time to allow us to step back for a minute...and smile at all that has happened over the past year. And to welcome the new challenges that await. I couldn't be more certain of my decision to back my company with Rise.
