White screens on the Player, and reboots aren't correcting the issue.
Just had displays in 3 different locations go to a white screen and unable to re-connect / play presentations. Any wide-spread issues at the moment?

We did a deployment this morning that made a change to the viewer and some users like yourself are seeing issues.
Other users have stated that if they reboot the machine this corrects the issue, but if it doesn't, clearing the cache on the Display will solve it.

I've been restarting machines, but it looks like the caches will need to be manually cleared. Just a thought: I wonder if it would be feasible / practical to eventually add a "Clear Cache During Next Restart" function to the management interface (both at the company and display level)?
Any thoughts on this Robb? Donna?
